Neighbors 4 Neighbors (N4N) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to transparency and responsible stewardship of all funds. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued for donations, event fees, or purchases made through our website.

Donations

All donations to N4N are non-refundable. Because contributions are used immediately to support our programs, we cannot return funds once they have been processed.

However, we may review requests for refunds in the following situations:

Duplicate donations
Incorrect donation amount
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date.

Events & Program Fees

If N4N offers events or fee-based programs, refunds may be available when:

The event or program is canceled by N4N
You request a refund at least 7 days prior to the event
An administrative or processing error occurred

Refund availability will be stated on each event’s registration page.

Merchandise or Goods

If N4N sells merchandise through its website:

Items may be returned within 14 days if defective or damaged
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue resulted from an N4N error

Your name
Email address
Donation amount or order number
Date of transaction
Reason for the refund request

Third-Party Payment Platforms

Payments processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are subject to their terms.
N4N is not responsible for delays or limitations imposed by those platforms.
